Qaswa Technology ("Qaswa," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. When we deliver managed IT, cybersecurity, or software services, we may process information on behalf of our business clients. In those engagements, our client is the controller of that information and Qaswa acts as a service provider or processor, handling the data only on the client's documented instructions and under the data processing terms of our governing services agreement, consistent with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 87-1115. If you are an individual whose information we process on behalf of one of our clients, please direct privacy requests to that client.

Consistent with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 87-808, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and we take reasonable steps to securely dispose of records containing personal information when they are no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Nebraska Attorney General, which enforces the Nebraska Data Privacy Act, at protectthegoodlife.nebraska.gov. The Act is enforced by the Attorney General and does not provide a private right of action.

In the event of a breach of security involving unencrypted personal information, we will provide notice to affected Nebraska residents and, where required, to the Nebraska Attorney General, in accordance with Nebraska's Financial Data Protection and Consumer Notification of Data Security Breach Act of 2006 (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 87-801 to 87-808).
