What makes Qaswa different from other AI and software firms?
We ship. Most firms in this space advise on AI; we have seven platforms shipped — five of them running for real users, including three inside a client's own Azure tenant, behind their identity provider, with row-level security and human approval on every action. And because we also run managed IT, we build to the standard a security review actually applies: managed identities, least-privilege access, full audit, and numbers reconciled against the system they replace before anyone switches over.
What's included in your managed IT services?
Three tiers that build on each other. Core covers day-to-day support, endpoint monitoring, patching, antivirus, and backup monitoring. Secure adds EDR/MDR, cloud and identity threat monitoring, anti-phishing training, and dark web monitoring. Strategic adds vCIO advisory, IT roadmaps, and AI-driven automation.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. We partner with both businesses and nonprofits, and right-size our services so mission-driven teams get enterprise-grade security and reliability without enterprise complexity or cost.
Can you build custom AI for our business?
Yes — it's the core of what we do. Recent builds include a labor and overtime intelligence platform that replaced a 25 MB Excel workbook for a multi-site senior living operator, and a meeting-to-action system that extracts to-dos and decisions from an executive's calendar and drafts the follow-up communications. We start by mapping the process you actually run today, then build on the data you already produce — usually without any new integrations.
Where does our data go when you build AI for us?
For client platforms, nowhere it isn't already. We deploy into your own cloud tenant and use your existing identity provider, so meeting content, employee records, and operational data never leave your organization. Models run as your own resource — prompts and completions aren't used to train foundation models — and every query is filtered by the caller's role before it returns a row. If your security team wants the architecture in writing before anything is built, that's the normal starting point, not an exception.
How do we get started?
Book a free 30-minute call. If you have a process you want automated, we'll walk you through a system we've already built for a comparable problem and tell you honestly whether yours is worth the effort. If you're looking at managed IT, we'll review your current environment and flag your biggest risks. Either way: no obligation, no pressure.
How is pricing structured?
Software and AI builds are scoped per project, usually in phases so each one ships something usable before the next begins. Managed IT is tiered (Core, Secure, Strategic) so you only pay for the protection and guidance you need. Reach out and we'll put together a tailored quote.
