Executive AI Platforms

Meeting-to-action for the CMO · a morning briefing for the CEO

Two platforms on one foundation, both inside Heritage's own Microsoft 365 and Azure tenancy. They draft; a person decides. Neither can send a message on its own.

The problem

One executive ran 50+ meetings a week and tracked action items by copy-pasting them into OneNote — any meeting she missed made its to-dos invisible, and every decision needed a four-stage communication cascade drafted by hand. The CEO had the opposite problem: a full calendar and inbox, and no way to see before the day started which few things actually needed him.

What we built

For the CMO

AI Efficiency Platform

Pulls to-dos, decisions and risk-tagged insights out of meeting content and drafts the cascade in the right voice for each audience. To-dos come out with owners and deadlines, sources attached, and the drafts wait for her to edit and approve.

For the CEO

Chief of Staff

Reads the signed-in executive's own mail, calendar and chats and lays out a two-minute morning briefing — what needs him, why, and a drafted reply for each.

“Qaswa has delivered five platforms for us across four departments, all running inside our own Azure environment. What stands out is the discipline: every number ties back to the source, and nothing changes in our systems unless one of our people approves it.”

How a draft becomes an action

  1. Your sourcesMeetings, mail, calendar, chats — already landing
  2. ExtractIn your tenant, on your own AI resource
  3. StageNothing sends — it waits
  4. You approveA person reads it and decides
  5. Action + auditLogged and recallable

Every step runs with the signed-in person's own permissions. The pipeline can only ever stage — it cannot send.

Security and control

  • Delegated permissions only: the app registration holds zero secrets and zero certificates, and the tenant-wide mailbox roles were deliberately removed
  • It can stage a reply in your own Outlook Drafts and nothing more — no send permission exists, so auto-sending is structurally impossible
  • Document search runs through Microsoft Graph, permission-trimmed — it can never surface a file the reader couldn't already open
  • Occupancy is read from the finance team's own reporting view, so the briefing can't disagree with their numbers
  • If it can't cite a source for a claim, it doesn't make the claim — and if it isn't sure, it asks
Where the AI runs. Models run as Heritage's own resource inside their tenancy. Prompts and completions aren't used to train foundation models, and every request is tied to a person signed in through their own identity provider.

Is someone on your team the integration?

If a person copies things out of meetings, inboxes or reports so someone else can act on them, that's the work we take off their desk. Tell us about it.
