What we automate
Every platform we've built replaced the same thing: a smart person doing mechanical work because no system connected two things that should have been connected.
- A spreadsheet someone refreshes every week and emails around becomes a report that builds itself and alerts the moment a number breaks
- An analyst pulling from a dozen sources and writing it up by hand gets a draft that arrives written, sourced and formatted to standard
- Action items copied out of meetings one by one become to-dos extracted with owners and deadlines, sources attached
- A problem you'd find after the month closes is flagged mid-week, while there's still time to change the outcome
- An announcement rewritten four times for four audiences arrives as four drafts — you edit a line and approve
- A process only one person understands becomes logic that is versioned, tested and documented
Every one of these was built on data the client already produced — no new integrations, no rip-and-replace.
AI inside your own Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant
Most AI projects die somewhere between the demo and the security review. We build for the second one: your data, your cloud tenant, your identity provider, your audit log. For client platforms, your data goes nowhere it isn't already.
- Sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID, with access limited to the people you name
- Managed identities for data connections — no secret in code or in a browser
- Where a platform acts for a person, it uses that person's delegated permissions only: one of ours holds zero secrets in its app registration
- Models run as your own resource; prompts and completions aren't used to train foundation models
- Microsoft Teams apps, SSO and role-based access, shipped for clients and for our own products
- Nothing sends itself as a person: the pipeline stages a draft, and a person approves it
What we've built
Eight platforms shipped — seven of them running for real users, including five inside a client's own Azure tenant.
Labor Mart
A 25 MB overtime workbook rebuilt as a governed Azure platform for 26 senior living communities, flagging overtime mid-week.
Spend Intelligence
Ten review rules applied to every purchasing line and ranked into one queue — read-only, reconciled to the cent.
Executive AI Platforms
Meeting-to-action for a CMO and a morning briefing for a CEO, inside the client's Microsoft 365 tenancy.
HR Chief of Staff
A briefing and talent tracker for HR leadership — HR data leaves the server only as totals.
StudyScribe.ai
Our own SaaS: the Market Data front end of an affordable-housing study from 12 official sources, every figure cited.
How an engagement works
- A free 30-minute call. We walk you through a system we've already built for a comparable problem and tell you honestly whether yours is worth automating
- Map the process you actually run today, then build on the data you already produce — usually without any new integrations
- Scoped in phases, so each one ships something usable before the next begins
- Reconciled before cutover. The new system runs in parallel with the one it replaces until every figure matches
- We operate what we ship — and if your security team wants the architecture in writing first, that's the normal starting point
The rules behind every build are on our security & trust page.
Questions about AI automation
Where is Qaswa Technology based?
Omaha, Nebraska. Call 402-250-0550 or email info@qaswatechnology.com.
Can you build custom AI for our business?
Yes — it's the core of what we do. Recent builds include a labor and overtime intelligence platform that replaced a 25 MB Excel workbook for a multi-site senior living operator, and a meeting-to-action system that extracts to-dos and decisions from an executive's meetings and drafts the follow-up communications.
Where does our data go when you build AI for us?
For client platforms, nowhere it isn't already. We deploy into your own cloud tenant and use your existing identity provider, so meeting content, employee records and operational data never leave your organization.
Do we need new integrations?
Usually not. Every platform we've built ran on data the client already produced — no new integrations, no rip-and-replace.
How is pricing structured?
Software and AI builds are scoped per project, usually in phases so each one ships something usable before the next begins.
